DELVE — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

DELVE collects nothing.

There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted to us, because there is nowhere for it to go — we do not operate a server for this app.

What the app stores, and where

• On your device. Your save — depth, gear, gold, hero level, settings and the name you give your delver. It stays on the device and is removed when you delete the app.
• In your own iCloud, if you have iCloud enabled. A copy of the same save, so a new device can pick up where you left off. It lives in your personal iCloud account. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, DELVE submits your deepest floor, your Hero Power and your achievements to Apple's Game Center so leaderboards work. That exchange is between your device and Apple, under Apple's privacy policy. Signing out of Game Center stops it, and the rest of the game is unaffected.

Children

DELVE is suitable for players aged 9 and up and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If the app ever begins collecting anything, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label will change to match.
